Anyway, I expected Bloodborne to be kind of an edgy game with a side of gore. But it turned out to be the most satisfying tragedy I have had the pleasure of playing. It's about people who did terrible things in the name of progress and ministering to those in need. Instead, they spiraled into horror, madness, and the corruption of the very things that they held most dear. But even those things are strangely beautiful.
