A polite monster would call ahead before coming to the house, I'm just saying. 

This comic will be hitting right around Thanksgiving in the U.S., so I hope everyone reading this is doing well. It feels like just yesterday I was thinking, "2021, a new year!" It's strange how time can go so slowly and quickly at the same time. 

As for me, I'm continuing to improve the comic step by step, so I hope you'll continue to read along with me! Before I started, I honestly had little experience doing comics, so everything was very new. It's still quite challenging, but I kind of like the opportunity to continue learning and growing. I'm a nontraditional art student, so you can probably see quite clearly where I decided things like, "Ah, I should try color now!"

But no matter how hard it gets, I think it's wonderful to create something. There's a feeling of satisfaction, even when the results aren't quite up to your greatest imaginings. I don't know why it should feel that way, but it does!
